Menue:

Freshly picked chanterelles sautéed in butter with roasted sweet chestnuts

LHF lamb with yacon root (a South American tuber that tastes like a mild pear), squash, and seasoning

Fresh baked bread with LHF dock seed, and caraway

LHF blackberry wine (the last bottle of 2014!)
